[Replacement Program] Yonghe'an Door Industry has been awarded the title of "Key Participant in the 2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative."

On November 2nd, the "2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative Promotion Conference and Key Participant Implementation Plan Release Event," jointly organized by the China Building Materials Federation, the China Decoration Building Materials Association, and the China Building Materials Market Association, was held in Beijing. At the event, Yonghe'an Door Industry, as a representative of the national door and window category, was awarded the title of "Key Participant in the 2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative," demonstrating its active role and industry influence in promoting the replacement of home improvement and decoration consumer goods.

Chen Guoqing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice President of the China Building Materials Federation, attended the event and delivered a speech. Also present were Shi Yijun, Deputy Director of the Building Materials Division of the Raw Materials Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ji Tingchao, representatives of key participating enterprises in the replacement initiative, and over 80 media representatives from outlets such as Economic Daily, People's Daily Online, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV.com, China Industry News, China Building Materials Magazine, The Beijing News, Beijing Evening News, Beijing Business Today, and Beijing Youth Daily.

The conference aimed to bring together building materials enterprises, home furnishing markets, and other stakeholders to provide consumers with more high-quality building materials products and services. It sought to create nationwide and industry-wide collaboration, promote the "Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative" across the industry and society, and jointly drive the renewal of home improvement consumer goods, unleash the consumption potential of home building materials, and contribute to the improvement of living environments and quality of life. Since the launch of the 2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative, with strong support from industry enterprises, a comprehensive implementation plan has been formed. This plan, jointly introduced by 43 key enterprises across eight major categories, covers lightweight building materials, coatings, ceramic sanitary ware, ceiling and wall materials, doors and windows, drying racks, furniture, flooring, and more. It includes convenient services such as "delivery, dismantling, installation, and recycling," as well as discounted offers. These initiatives will be rolled out through various channels, including enterprise stores, online platforms, and home furnishing markets nationwide, achieving nationwide and industry-wide collaboration and benefiting numerous consumers. This marks the most comprehensive and wide-ranging replacement initiative in the industry to date.

The event organizers presented certificates to key promotion enterprises of the 2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative and held a promotion ceremony, marking the official launch and in-depth promotion of the initiative.

In March 2024, the State Council issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-Scale Equipment Updates and Consumer Goods Replacement," explicitly proposing to "promote the replacement of home improvement consumer goods." In July, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the "Several Measures to Strengthen Support for Large-Scale Equipment Updates and Consumer Goods Replacement," emphasizing "support for the replacement of home appliances, partial renovations of old homes, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, purchases of materials for aging-friendly home modifications, and the promotion of smart home consumption." The introduction of these policies signifies that promoting the replacement of home products has become a crucial measure for stabilizing growth, driving transformation, benefiting enterprises, and improving people's livelihoods, carrying strategic significance on a global scale. Against this backdrop, Yonghe'an Door Industry was honored as a "Key Participant in the 2024 Building Materials Industry Replacement Initiative," becoming a representative enterprise in the national door and window category to receive this distinction. This not only affirms Yonghe'an's active fulfillment of social responsibility in the replacement initiative but also contributes to the national "Consumer Goods Replacement" effort. Through this mechanism, Yonghe'an not only provides consumers with substantial benefits but also contributes positively to the green development and consumption upgrade of the national door and window industry.
